Joyous, fresh, organic Sauvignon from Yecla in the sunny south east of Spain. Absolutely delicious. Loaded with crisp gooseberry, bright citrus, grapefruit and a touch of herb. The palate is generous but balanced, full of gooseberry once more with a crisp cut of acidity, good level of fruit weight and surprisingly good length for this bargain white
